Understanding the interaction between automata and control panel

The fact that 3PART started designing the Lyngsøe Library Solution delivery machine itself, created the understanding of the interaction between the automaton and the control panel and the valuable insights from the user observations could be used again in the design of the Interface. Furthermore, 3PART’s understanding and insight into programming problems meant that the design work did not become static and final, but on the contrary found real solutions to problems that appeared during programming.

The new delivery machine

3PART was tasked with designing the new delivery machine for Lyngsøe Library Solution and its touch-screen interface as well as producing a number of illustrations / animations that are included in the layout and whose function is to continuously provide understandable instruction in the use of the machine.
